Acajou Beach Resort

Me and my new wife went from London to Mauritius then onto wedding day in the Seychelles. My wife’s birthday was on same day as wedding. Everyone at this resort made her birthday and our wedding day extremely special. The food prepared freshly and different themes by the chef and his team is amazing- you can eat all you like and they actually encourage you to try new dishes. The rooms are cosy and intimate, they have everything you will need and if you’re missing anything the super friendly staff will ensure it’s provided in a blink of an eye. Everything about this resort is perfect. Don’t take on board the negative energy from other guests- they obviously wish they were at Raffles but want to pay 5 times the amount for half the service, charm , friendly hospitality you will certainly receive at Acajou. Massive thank you to Bruno, Nuwan, Jay, both chefs in fact the entire team from the landscapers to house keeping - as a team working together-YOU ALL made our stay and our special day the most memorable experience ever !! Another huge thank you to Joanise the general manager who spent time chatting to us and laid on an amazing cocktail party for the entire resorts guest with traditional dancing , sublime nibbles and plenty of coconut rum cocktails. The location right on gorgeous quiet beach , the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the gardens…. everything about Acajou is WOW. 🤩

The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely amazing, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Delicious food at the dinner buffet also.

The beach in front of the Acajou Beach Resort was beautiful. We could walk about 20 minutes in either direction on pure white sand. The breakfast was generous and very good, but it took us a little while to realize we could ask for omelettes and special coffees such as cappuccinos.

The beach at this property was exceptional. Crystal clear water, white sand, just beautiful. The beach amenities were okay (standard loungers without cushions). The food was fantastic. Compliments to the chef. The service in particular was FANTASTIC. Each employee in the breakfast and dinner area (le boucanniers) went out of their way to ensure guests were happy. we really enjoyed the service

We booked the deluxe sea view room and the view was amazing! Very close to the most amazing beach on Praslin. There were sunbeds that made the staying even more relaxing. We had halfboard and the food was perfect! Breakfast the same everyday but dinner had different tematics every night. There were a lot of options at the buffet, including desserts and we couldn’t find something that was not tasty. So big like for the food. The staff was very nice, they cleaned the room daily and tried to help us with whatever we needed.
